Terms

◇ You may not use any of my artwork or commissions for NFTs, AI/Machine Learning, or anything similar.

◇ Unless stated otherwise, I will only begin your commission once I have received payment.

◇You, as the client, have permission to repost or use any commissions that I do for you on any website, as long as proper credit is given to me.

◇By default, I have the right to post commissioned art online, use it for promotional use, and use it as samples to present to others. If you do not want me to use your piece in any of these ways, please let me know.

◇Designs with greater detail may require extra payment.◇Designs with much less detail may be eligible for less payment (ex: a single Pyukumuku might not cost full price).

◇If you have a quicker deadline than my estimated time, I will require extra payment (check Artistree for estimated time. On average, my commissions take no longer than two weeks, unless I state otherwise).

◇If you've seen a particular lining or coloring style I've done, and you'd like that same style for your commission, feel free to tell me!

◇I have the right to refuse and/or refund any requests at any time.

◇If you, as the client, wish to cancel a commission after payment, but before completion, I will refund half of the given amount. The other half will be kept by me as cancellation fee.
